PCB Designer

We are interested in candidates with Electrical&Electronics Engineering and PCB design experience.

Responsibilities:

• Produce printed circuit board designs for various teams

• Implement combinations of high-speed digital, RF, and high-power designs

• Create and release documentation for fabrication of PCBs

• Work in a diverse engineering environment to provide detailed electrical design

• Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, thermal, harness, manufacturing, production, and software engineers

• Interface with manufacturing to produce designs that comply with guidelines

• Collaborate in the development of ICD, IDD and test documents

• Writing and maintaining documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Excellent foundations in electronics design

• At least 3 years of PCB design experience

• Kicad and Altium Designer experience

• Proficient in high-density/high-speed design

• Excellent understanding of signal integrity design techniques

• Experience with EMI/EMC principles and low noise design

• Experience with RF and analog/digital split designs

• Experience with microprocessors, microcontrollers, and ADCs

• Good knowledge of PCB manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly with Contract Manufacturers.

• Expertise with relevant IPC standards

• Ability to read and write schematics and diagrams as well as follow datasheets, operation and maintenance manuals

• Experience handling expensive electronic components (ESD and Cleanroom best practices).

• Hands-on with hardware, you know your way around instrumentation tools and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal/function generators, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzer, thermal chambers, etc.

• Basic soldering capability
